Open the berth plan

You can view the berth plan in the Berth Scheduler window (on page 1). You open this window as follows:

• Straight from the Vessel menu

The Berth Scheduler window opens in Read Only mode.

• Through the ABS LaunchPad dialog box (on page 1)

The Berth Scheduler window opens in the access mode (on page 1) that you select.

To open the berth plan:

1. In an XPS client, from the Vessel menu, select ABS LaunchPad.

2. In the ABS LaunchPad dialog box, from the Berth Range list, select the required berth range.

3. To define a time frame, do one of the following:

• In the Begin and End fields, enter a custom time frame to look up.

• From the Time Range drop-down list, select a predefined time range.

By default, Next 7 Days is selected.

4. From the drop-down list at the bottom left, select an access mode (on page 1).

By default, PrePlanner is selected.

5. Click Launch Berth Plan.

The Berth Scheduler window opens, displaying any visit scheduled for the specified time frame according to berth length, vessel size, and duration of the call.

6. From the Display drop-down list (on page 1), select any items you want to display.

7. If required, scale the content of the window with the space (horizontal) and time (vertical) scaling buttons .
